Although 7Sage is not a huge company, by focusing on quality content and technology we have become the top online Law School Admissions Test (LSAT) prep company, and we are widely cited on Reddit as the premier choice for preparing for the LSAT. We built on that success to also become one of the biggest law school admissions consulting companies, and we are rapidly expanding into lsat tutoring, law school prep, and Bar exam prep.

Responsibilities

• Architect and create responsive, fast, and maintainable web applications
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries
• Mentor and train teammates to grow the team's front-end development abilities
• Collaborate on software development design decisions

Requirements

• Extensive experience and expertise in JavaScript, particularly with ReactJS or VueJS
• Git version control, HTML5, CSS3
• Building maintainable web apps and components
• Developing unit tests
• Familiarity with relational databases with MySQL
• Familiarity with PHP
• Meaningful code reviews on Github
• Effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical team members

Personal Skills + Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in computer science, computer engineering or related technical discipline
• 5 years minimum front-end web development experience
• Driven to succeed in a fast pace and continuously evolving environment
• Passionate about delivering high quality software and best user experience possible
• Have a positive attitude with good interpersonal skills
• Approachable and supports others
• Solid work ethic, and takes pride in your work
